Join the Team!

The team uses the Stack Team App in order to communicate within a private group.  Once you download the app, you can search for McQuaid Jesuit Crew and request admission to the group. Once an administrator has approved your request, you will be able to access the calendar, updates, forms, etc.  Both the parent/guardian of the athlete as well as the athlete need to join the group.

Registration is completed through Regatta Central and dues are also collected during this process. The dues for the 2026 Fall season will remain at $700 per athlete.  If your family is in need of financial assistance, you may contact the McQuaid Jesuit Athletic Director, Mr. Bobby Bates.

McQuaid Jesuit uses a third party in order to clear athletes for participation in sports.  The sports triplicate forms have been phased out and all clearance now occurs through Arbiter online.  You will need to create an account and upload a current physical form in order to complete the process.

USRowing membership and a completed SafeSport Waiver is required for each athlete.  Membership dues for USRowing are about $25 annually.  Search for McQuaid Jesuit Crew and you will need to input the team's Club Code which is HYA7B to complete the process.

A signed and dated Code of Conduct form is required for participation on the crew team.  Both the athlete and a parent/guardian need to complete this form.  Once completed, you can scan the signed document and turn it in via email at mcquaidcrew@gmail.com or your athlete can turn it in to the coaching staff at practice, or it can be completed at the mandatory parent's meeting.

A signed and dated Waiver form is required for participation on the crew team.  A parent/guardian will need to complete this form if the athlete is under 18 years of age.  Once completed, you can scan the signed document and turn it in via email at mcquaidcrew@gmail.com or your athlete can turn it in to the coaching staff at practice, or it can be completed at the mandatory parent's meeting.

A signed and dated Friends of Scholastic Crew Rowing Acknowledgement form is required for participation on the crew team.  Both the athlete and their parent/guardian will need to complete this form.  Once completed, you can scan the signed document and turn it in via email at mcquaidcrew@gmail.com or your athlete can turn it in to the coaching staff at practice, or it can be completed at the mandatory parent's meeting.

All rowers and coxswains need to complete a swim test with a certified lifeguard.  The team will set up a date at the YMCA to complete this testing which will be announced in the Stack Team App.  Makeup testing can also be arranged independently with the YMCA for a small fee.
